Library
At the KG level, students have access to extensive classroom libraries in order to make sure that their classrooms are print-rich, and students have the opportunity to discover the type of books that interest them. These books are checked out by the classroom teachers and made available for students to take home on a limited basis. In order to prepare them for working in a larger library setting, KG students make regular visits to the larger school library where they do activities and learn how to use a library and know what behavior is expected in the library.
