Professional Development
At the Arab International Academy, we are committed to making sure that all of our staff is and remains highly trained. As our primary focus is making the IB program a success at AIA, IB training will be at the center of our approach and, therefore, at the center of our professional development. In addition, we also believe in the full integration of the arts and technology into the daily lives of our students so this will also make up a large part of our professional development. Finally, we will work to meet the individual needs of all staff members through mentoring and individual support.
